  This is a treat that my mother made for us kids. We always called them cookies, but they are more of a meringue candy. I have not made these since right after we got married long ago. Jonathan loved them and Nicholas thought they had too much chocolate (who's kid is that anyway?). This is my Angry Birds for the Hogs And Kisses version. Back one fine day in 2008 I came home from work and found bees all over our kitchen and main floor area. Later we learned that the bees we hiding in the outside wall of our kitchen, but that was much later as we were getting ready to move away.
